Product Samples

We”ll be happy to send a sample set of our products to you free of charge. We only ask that you cover the courier cost. If you’ll need more than just a sample set, let us know.

If you already have a customer account with a courier service, just provide us the details and we’ll arrange for a collect shipment.

If you would prefer to use one of our preferred courier services (DHL or Fedex), let us know and we’ll get a quote for you.

Lead Time

For loose cargo, typically 2 – 6 weeks, depending on order quantity and our current orders pending.

Orders are placed after receipt of full or down payment.

Packaging Specifications

Our Organic Coconut products are packaged and labeled on its given specifications. We can provide it upon request.

LCL Pallet Specifications:

Sea-freight pallet size: 115 x 115 x 189 (h) cm; approximately 2.5 CBM

MOQ | Minimum Order Quantity

• Coco Natura Products – 1-2 Pallets mixed or per variant
• We offer discounted price rates for higher quantities purchased.

Payment Terms

• For orders of 2 pallets and below, 100% advance full payment, paid 5 days prior to shipment pick-up or delivery.
• For orders above 2 pallets up to FCL, 50% down payment; balance paid 5 days prior to shipment pick-up or delivery.
• Preferred method of payment is Wire Transfer.
